Role: Lavastrom Application Support Consultant for Fraud Management Solution

 

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Must – Application Support Consultant with 8-10 years’ experience in handling Operational
  •  Must – Experience in working on Fraud Management Systems (FMS) for (Mobile, IP and Fixed) domains
  •  Must – Experience on OS, DB & Lavastorm Transaction Warehouse at application support
  •  Must – Understanding of CDR processing streams and billing
  •  Understanding Dutch Compliance Rules
  •  Must-EU Citizen
  •  Desired COTS product training from product vendor or availability of relevant skills through
  •  Desired experience in migration and working with multiple interfaces

 

Requirement:

  •  Has worked extensively in one or more of the following functional areas:
    • Processes like Incident, Problem, Changes Management Fixed) domainslevelexperience
    •  Telecom Billing
  • Fraud Management Solutions
  •  COTS – Lava storm Transaction Warehouse 3.4.4,
  •  Database Knowledge – Oracle DBMS, Oracle Solaris
  •  Be part of Agile team, knowledge on SCRUM methodology
  • Should be able to capture the requirements from the business process team and customers
